Tunnel Guard is applied to the rock face through our specialised SAMINE Pump and continuous mixer. The Tunnel Guard is sprayed by air at pressure through a hose and spray gun. The spray gun comes fitted with various nozzles that can be attached to a lance for spraying at extended heights. Tunnel Guard is easily and efficiently applied with coverage rates of between 200 to 300 square metres with as little as 3 members per crew achievable per shift.

The Samine pumps are tailor made to suite the rigorous demands of underground production. Its robust design comes in two models, the SAMINE 2000 and the SAMINE 1000. The SAMINE 2000 steel pump and continuous mixer is a larger pump designed for higher output in areas where access is not too limited, such as development ends. The SAMINE 1000 pump and continuous mixer is a smaller pump designed for high output in limited access areas such as mine gullies and stopes. When a spray application is completed, the pump/mixer system along with the delivery hoses should be washed and flushed with water until all residual Tunnel Guard is removed.

	• Electric motor comes in a 380v or 525v model. 175cfm/4bar or more air is required for spraying at the nozzle. • Air driven motor, comes in 7hp or 14hp model and runs on 360cfm/4bar minimum air pressure.	Depending on your application and conditions the SAMINE Pumps can be motion mounted and the various options are: • Rubber tyre on metal rim. • Solid metal wheel. • Mine locomotion track wheel. • Skid mounted for dragging.
GRAVITY GUN	Tunnel Guard Gravity Gun
	The Gravity Gun is for smaller applications where high output is not required or the spraying conditions do not allow for the SAMINE Pumps. The Gravity Gun spraying application only requires 2 per crew and is easily transported due to its size and light weight. The Gravity Gun requires a minimum of 175cfm to operate and is simple to clean and maintain.
